ABOUT ACCOUNTANCYANSWERED
Accountancy Answered started because we - just like you - didn’t have the time to create proper revision notes.
After a busy day at the office, there is nothing worse than coming home to a pile of accounting textbooks and notes. Despite our best efforts, we found it really hard to revise effectively when we were trying to put in the study hours after a long day. We were struggling to get through the volume of work being set by our tutors. We didn’t have the time to read every sentence like we were told to do in class. And we didn’t want to be carrying around heavy textbooks and folders of notes all day in the hope that we might get 30 minutes at lunch to do some revision. Sound familiar?
The combination of feeling overwhelmed by the volume of work PLUS the fear of potentially losing our jobs if we didn’t pass our exams didn’t make life very fun. All we wanted to do was to be able to learn efficiently and effectively so we could head into our exams feeling confident.
So we did what any self-respecting student does… a caffeine-induced midnight Google hunt to find a solution. But no matter how hard we tried, we just couldn’t find anything that did the job.
And that’s how the idea for Accountancy Answered was born.
If we were struggling with finding good study resources, we knew that other students would be facing similar problems. So we created the amazing set of revision notes that we couldn’t find for ourselves.
